1-1/2 hr. $160.00 Light to moderate pressure full body massage. Very soothing, comforting, relaxing and yet, also very therapeutic. Attention given to the achy sore places of concern. All the creams and oils are Organic, Natural or Therapeutic. This is the recommended treatment for the first massage, as it takes care of most aches and pains, is deeply relaxing and gives the patron an idea how healing a massage session can be.
1-1/2 hr. $185.00 During the intake, your therapist will determine from information you provide if this is the correct massage for you and your health conditions. A choice of another massage may be offered if Deep Tissue is contraindicated (not recommended). This massage is very thorough and deep. The muscles are warmed up first and gradually, the pressure becoming more intense till all the tissue and muscles are worked close to the bone if possible.
Myofascial Release is very helpful to relieve tension and pain from the connective tissue that is adding pressure to nerve endings, scar tissue and muscles. This technique is very helpful for Fibromyalgia, Lupus, Arthritis and other autoimmune disorders. The massage can vary from barely detectable to intense pressure and is extremely effective for old injuries. This type of treatment has the potential to build on itself. It is more lasting. Myofascial Release Massage is a technique that helps the Fascia or connective Tissue to release pressure off the nerve endings while also releasing tension off muscles and tendons. This massage is wonderful and a must for injuries such as falls, broken bones, car wrecks, whip lash, TMJ, menstrual cramps, internal scaring, surgeries or even injuries from childhood. And, if the expectant mother has other pressures in her life like a job, family, health issues as well, they all add up. Get a massage during your pregnancy and say goodbye to the aching in your back and the swelling in your ankles. Use this time here as you`re Healing Time. Pre Natal massage is recommended if your pregnancy is not classified as a high-risk pregnancy.
Oncology Massage is an option for the person recovering from Surgery, Chemotherapy and or Radiation following medical treatment for Cancer. Depending on the circumstances, other appropriate techniques may be incorporated into the treatment such as Lymph Drainage and Myofascial Release if necessary.
The Calcium Deposits deep Tissue is for those rocky hard knots that tie you up in pain and have been there a long time. This seems to be done most often on the upper torso in many of the "trigger" point areas. It is not s relaxing massage full body massage and is not recommended for most people. "It hurts so good", is not what people say when they get this treatment. 1-1/2 Full Body Moderate pressure $195, Deep Tissue $220.00.
Massage isolated to problematic areas for the patron. For Example, only the back and neck. This 1 hr. treatment would not be a full body massage and tends to work better for someone in allot of acute pain due to injury, surgery or impingent.
Assessment of energy bodies are first done and then balancing and opening of the chakras followed by energy work of concern to the recipient. A one hour session is designated for Healing Touch only, no massage added. This is a treatment suitable for a person that is not sure they even want to be touched by someone else. The practitioner gently lays hands on client or close proximity to client to connect to the energetic vibrations of he patrons chakras.

Reflexology can be done on the feet, hands or ears. It varies somewhat depending on the conditions of the person being treated. The treatments are 1- hr. on the feet only or 1-1/2- hr. full body combined with Swedish massage light or deep pressure. The Marma Massage is full body using Ayurvedic Marma Points. 1-1/2-hr treatment combined with massage.
The Facials are deeply cleansing, moisturizing and rejuvenating. Each one is individualized, taking into account concerns of the patron.

A special healing technique developed by the late Gray Young, founder of Young Living Essential Oils. Using several essential oils, points are treated repeatedly on the feet and the back. The 1-1/2- hour Rain Drop Massage Session Combines these techniques and oils with a Light to Moderate full body massage. $ 240.00 or 1-1/2 hr. Deep Tissue $265.00.
This massage is possible to do fully clothed if desired. The clothing needs to be moveable and stretchy if so. Otherwise, a patron is draped properly. Using techniques from northern Thailand, all the energy lines and points known as "sen" are treated. This allows prana or energy to flow. This is the massage I use for the first experience of massage for most people. If their pain level is higher than 5 on a 1 to 10 scale then one of the other treatments may be more suitable for their condition.
Hot Stone Massage is often paired with Swedish Massage. Stones are heated and used with oils to sooth, warm, and massage your muscles. This allows your body to relax and release tension and stress. The Relaxation Swedish massage usually incorporates a few hot stones therapeutically.
Penetrating methodically through the layers fascia and muscles, this technique is useful to release knots and relieve trigger points during the massage treatment.
